Taekwondo for Children
Through our unique and specialized program
- Mental discipline to achieve better grades: Grandmaster Kim will give them meditation every class and introduce martial art breathing to calm down their emotions.
- Developing cognitive ability for scholastic achievements: Through learning a programmed set of blocking, kicking and punching, called forms, they will increase their cognitive ability.
- Self-Defense: By learning kicking, punching, blocks and grappling, they will have physical and mental confidence. So they will know how to defend themselves.
- Positive mental attitudes: During class they will learn Taekwondo skills and they will have a lot of positive feedback for their achievement from Masters and Instructors.
- Physical fitness: At beginning of every class, students do 5 minutes of specialized physical conditioning. After six months they will improve themselves in flexibility, power and speed.
- Convenient after school hours: Our school has two rooms which can offer a convenient schedule by age, belt and time.

Kick together, stay together
- Build family bonds: Through sharing time, sweating together and helping each other family members can build stronger family bonds.
- Getting to know each other better: Since you are sharing the same hobby you can discover things about each other that you didn't notice before. Parents can deal with their kids well and facilitate their learning.
- Physical conditioning: Special programmed cardio exercise, you will have strength, stamina, flexibility, speed and endurance. Be sweat!
- Self-defense: Through learning how to punch, kick, throw, block and grapple you will learn how to defend yourself. Experience Grandmaster Kim's special martial art.
Taekwondo for Adults
THROUGH SPECIAL PROGRAMMED CLASS JUST DO IT AND FIND OUT YOUR POTENTIAL!
- Physical conditioning: Special programmed cardio exercise, you will have strength, stamina, flexibility, speed and endurance. You will work up a sweat!

- Self-esteem: By respecting each other and also having physical confidence, you will have self-esteem.
- Release Stress: By shouting and screaming when you punch, kick, block and spar, you will experience releasing your stress and anger.
